Payment
Payment is accepted via PayPal and Cheque.

Time Frame
Finished product(s) will be released within 3 days (72 hours) of payment being received.

Please be aware that if you pay by cheque it will be 3 days (72 hours) from the date the cheque clears.

Express Service
If you would like to request an express service to receive product(s) within 24 hours there will be an additional charge of £10 per product.

Multiple orders
There will be no discounts for multiple orders.

International Customers
You are more than welcome to order my services if you live outside of the UK but payments will only be accepted via PayPal.

Guarantee
My guarantee to you is that if you are not happy with the finished product(s), you can request unlimited changes and alterations within a 7 day period.

Refunds
If you have not received your item(s) within 3 days (72 hours) you may request a full refund.
